Recipe 1: Watermelon Wave
Watermelon is the ultimate summer flavour, so we had to start off our list with this sweet cocktail perfect for lazing by the pool.
- 100ml tequila
- 75ml Whimsical Forager Orange & Tarragon Liqueur
- 75ml cherry liqueur
- 500ml watermelon juice
- 50ml pomegranate juice
- 50ml lemon juice
- Watermelon wedges
Method: Pour all of the ingredients into a pitcher and stir well. Strain the drink into glasses full of ice, and garnish with cubes of watermelon!
Recipe 2: Sloe Gin Prosecco Fizz
Sloe gin isn’t just for the winter! You can also use it in this light and delicious prosecco cocktail.
- 25ml 1000 Trades Sloe Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Method: Dry shake (without ice) the egg white, gin and lemon juice for 30 seconds in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and then shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and top with prosecco!
Recipe 3: Raspberry Collins
This is one of our favourites – a classic Tom Collins, but with a sweet raspberry twist!
- 2 raspberries
- 12ml simple syrup
- 60ml Honey Spirits Raspberry Gin
- 30ml lemon juice
- Club soda to top
Method: Muddle the raspberries and simple syrup in a tall glass. Add the gin and lemon juice and stir to combine. Fill the glass with ice and top with the club soda.
Recipe 4: Dark ‘n’ stormy
Sweet and fiery, the dark ‘n’ stormy is the best way to showcase a great single cask rum.
- 50ml Illicit Single Cask Rum
- 25ml fresh lime juice, plus a wedge to serve
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 100ml chilled ginger beer (fiery ones are better)
Method: Stir all of the ingredients in a tall glass over lots of ice and garnish with a wedge of lime.
Recipe 5: Bee’s knees cocktail
Sip on this stunning cocktail that perfectly pairs the flavours of Wolftown Gin and refreshing lemon.
- 2 tsp honey
- 50ml Wolftown Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- Lemon zest
Method: Pour the honey into a small jug and add 1 tsp freshly boiled water. Stir well until the honey is smooth and thinned down. Next, pour the honey mixture into a cocktail shaker along with the gin, lemon juice, and a large handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker is chilled. Finally, double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with some lemon zest!
