Recipe 1: Watermelon Wave

Watermelon is the ultimate summer flavour, so we had to start off our list with this sweet cocktail perfect for lazing by the pool.

Ingredients:

Method: Pour all of the ingredients into a pitcher and stir well. Strain the drink into glasses full of ice, and garnish with cubes of watermelon!

Recipe 2: Sloe Gin Prosecco Fizz

Sloe gin isn’t just for the winter! You can also use it in this light and delicious prosecco cocktail.

Ingredients:

Method: Dry shake (without ice) the egg white, gin and lemon juice for 30 seconds in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and then shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and top with prosecco!

Recipe 3: Raspberry Collins

This is one of our favourites – a classic Tom Collins, but with a sweet raspberry twist!

Ingredients:

Method: Muddle the raspberries and simple syrup in a tall glass. Add the gin and lemon juice and stir to combine. Fill the glass with ice and top with the club soda.

Recipe 4: Dark ‘n’ stormy

Sweet and fiery, the dark ‘n’ stormy is the best way to showcase a great single cask rum.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Illicit Single Cask Rum
  • 25ml fresh lime juice, plus a wedge to serve
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 100ml chilled ginger beer (fiery ones are better)

Method: Stir all of the ingredients in a tall glass over lots of ice and garnish with a wedge of lime.

Recipe 5: Bee’s knees cocktail

Sip on this stunning cocktail that perfectly pairs the flavours of Wolftown Gin and refreshing lemon.

Ingredients:

Method: Pour the honey into a small jug and add 1 tsp freshly boiled water. Stir well until the honey is smooth and thinned down. Next, pour the honey mixture into a cocktail shaker along with the gin, lemon juice, and a large handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker is chilled. Finally, double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with some lemon zest!
