Nothing could have prepared us for Segundo Ortiz. We were taken aback when we first tasted this complex Colombian coffee.
Whilst retaining the cleanness you’d expect from a washed coffee, it also has a strawberry cream sweetness (from an extended dry fermentation process of 24-36 hours) and juicy notes of blackberry and pineapple. This special coffee really has to be tasted to be believed.
