This joyously Germanic pale ale doesn’t quite qualify for the P word but with waves of flavour breaking over your taste buds who cares? Like a pilsner it’s brewed with Noble hops from Germany and the Czech Republic combined with Pilsner and Munich malts, then fermented at a low temperature for a tsunami of flavour. As the surf dudes say, can you feel the juice?
